Services

DealerShield Consulting offers a quarterly in-person visit and written audit report.

The visit and report are entirely confidential to your dealership's designated contact.  

The focus of each quarterly session is a review of sales disclosures, Buyers Guides, RISC and lease forms, history reports, service contracts, warranty brochures, etc., as well as work orders, repair orders, repair estimates, communications with customers from the service dept., etc.

We also include a summary of developments in consumer laws and appellate decisions affecting automotive dealerships.

Our aim is to help you avoid claims and lawsuits.
